We import SolidWorks, STEP, DXF, and IGES files directly into our programming software — reducing costs and ensuring every part is machined to exact specifications as drawn. We work closely with your engineering team to suggest design modifications that lower costs, reduce lead times, and improve quality.

Your files load directly into our CAM software — tool paths drive off your actual geometry, not a re-modeled approximation. What you drew is what we cut.

DFM review

We flag features that drive cost or risk conformance before a chip is cut — wall thickness, tool access, radius callouts, surface finish conflicts. Specific feedback with real machining rationale, not a generic checklist.

Fast-turn first articles

Aluminum 6061/7075, 303/316 stainless, and PEEK typically in stock. Titanium and nickel alloys within 3–5 days from material receipt. We do not pad lead times on easy jobs.

AS9102 first article report

CMM dimensional report, material certifications, process documentation, and a ballooned drawing with recorded measurements — the complete package your engineering team needs to release the part.
