Built in San Jose.
Running since 1959.
Family-owned, privately held, and still at it. 66 years of on-spec delivery to aerospace, defense, and medical OEMs, part after part.
Six decades of supply-chain trust.
Jarvis Manufacturing opened its doors in San Jose in 1959. What started as a Bay Area job shop grew through aerospace booms, defense cycles, and a generation of medical device OEMs into a full-service precision machining partner. Customer relationships stretching 15 to 30 years are not unusual here. They are the norm.
One floor. The full spectrum.
Our modern San Jose facility handles aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and demanding nickel superalloys under one roof. Multi-pallet manufacturing cells run unattended, 24/7 when the program calls for it, across both low-volume prototype runs and high-quantity production. If it can be machined, we have machined it.
Every process,
in-house.
We do not ship work out. Milling, turning, assembly, and kitting all happen under one roof. Tighter tolerances, faster cycle times, and one accountable partner from print to pallet.
CNC Milling
3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal milling. Complex geometries, tight tolerances, palletized cells for unattended runs.
CNC Turning
High-precision turned parts with live tooling. Bar-fed and chucked work across a wide range of diameters and machines.
Assembly & Kitting
Full sub-assembly, hardware insertion, and kitted delivery. We handle the logistics so your line stays moving.
Prototyping
Design consulting and first-article support from drawing to deliverable. Fast-turn prototype capability on any program.
Certified where
it counts.
Our quality system is built around ISO 9001:2015 and backed by ITAR registration for defense work. As a veteran-owned business, we understand the standards our customers are held to.
