Capabilities

Programming/Engineering

We are capable of importing Solidworks, STEP, DXF and IGES files directly into our programming software reducing costs and ensuring parts are machined to exact specifications as drawn by our customers. We work very closely with our customers' engineering staff to suggest design modifications to lower costs, reduce lead times and improve quality.

CNC Turning

We are capable of small run prototyping/R&D along with running high volume production turned parts on our lathes equipped with magazine type bar feeders, part catchers and conveyer belts. Our larger CNC lathes are capable of machining large parts to close tolerances.

CNC Milling

We have wide range of equipment for milling small parts to machining parts weighing up to 1000 pounds. We are capable of  3-axis, 4-axis, and full 5-axis milling. From small quantities for R&D/Protoyping, or production runs on our palletized machining centers, we are there to assist you with your projects.

Assembly and Kitting

We have the capability of providing value added services of sub-assembly and kitting for our customers. Our shop management software supports multi level BOMs and we have the financial strength to purchase all needed hardware and components in large quantities to achieve cost savings for our customers.
